Given that today is A Level results day in the UK, what advice would you give to teenagers collecting their results and perhaps not getting quite the grades they were hoping for?

Would you tell them to go back and resit and make sure they worked harder?

Would you say to them that life’s not a rehearsal and maybe this is a sign that they need to follow a different path?

Or

Would you tell them that the World is their Oyster and they can return to education at any time they wish , if they wish?

I hear so many different view points on a day like today. What would you be saying if it was your child?

Maybe you were in that position yourself. What did you do?
